A digital guide for social difficulties: The Sozialroutenplan for Western Austria

The organization unicum:mensch has managed the digital Sozialroutenplan for Tyrol, Vorarlberg and Salzburg since 2025.

The research and development project Sozialroutenplan was funded by the FFG (Research Promotion Agency) in the Laura Bassi 4.0 program. A team of 22 members from Tyrol, Salzburg and Vorarlberg worked on it.

What is it about?

We help people get support faster: in Tyrol, Salzburg and Vorarlberg.

It started with a brochure. Now the brochure is also available online. People who needed help also helped develop it.

Background and goals:

At least 300,000 people in Western Austria receive social support.

The website has important information about counseling centers. That way you get help quickly.

We want everyone to find their way on the website. And no one should be left out.

The Sozialroutenplan is a best-practice example. People who need help can find support faster.

The project 'Sozialroutenplan' was funded by the National Foundation for Research, Technology and Development. The digital Sozialroutenplan for Tyrol is supported by the state of Tyrol.
