"Drop by, no appointment needed, find perspectives, have fun. The preliminary module "VOPS" is currently the easiest offer for young people looking for change. It focuses on easy access and serves as preparation for the project "AFit" or other measures. Interested youth and young adults can start with a "gentle entry" based on their individual abilities and always on a voluntary basis. If there is enough commitment, cooperation will become more intense and binding for both sides. Who can participate in the VORMODUL project? The VORMODUL is the preliminary stage of the project AusbildungsFit. It is aimed at young people and young adults up to the age of 25, for whom career orientation is not the main focus. Instead, priorities are on sub-goals like daily structure, prevention of risky behavior, commitment, stability, etc. In small groups with a very close support ratio, the focus is on individual development and finding perspectives. Fun and joy in creative activities, working on relevant topics, and social learning are the main goals. Starting with VORMODUL Young people and young adults can simply drop by Integra or schedule an initial meeting—alone or with a trusted person. Referrals are made through youth coaching.
