Description

The ifs Spagat supports people with a high need for support on the path to professional integration. The aim is to create regular employment relationships in the primary labor market that are subject to social insurance contributions. We achieve this through individual advice, intensive mentoring and close cooperation with those affected, their social environment and the companies. The focus is always on the person with their abilities, strengths and dreams. Our offer is aimed at people with severe disabilities and a high need for support who want to work in the primary labor market. Together with them, we create tailor-made, integrative jobs. These are individually and flexibly tailored to our clients and the companies. Accompaniment and support The Spagat employees accompany and support • Those affected intensively and directly on their way to achieving the greatest possible independence • The parents during the integration process • The employers and mentors in their new challenge Mentors An internal contact person is sought for each Spagat participant. This mentor supports the Spagat participants in their daily work and helps with any problems that arise.
