A digital guide for people with social problems The Sozialroutenplan for Tyrol

The group unicum:mensch has run the digital Sozialroutenplan for Tyrol since 2025.

It started with the brochure 'Sozialroutenplan Innsbruck'. Now this brochure is also digital and for all of Tyrol.

Many people from Tyrol, Salzburg and Vorarlberg helped with the project: 22 organizations from research, social work and IT.

People who are affected also helped.

The digital Sozialroutenplan was funded by FFG (Research Promotion Agency) in the Laura Bassi 4.0 program.

What is it about?

The Sozialroutenplan Tyrol helps people in Tyrol get help quickly.

  • Do you have worries?

  • Do you need support?

  • Can’t pay your bills?

  • No home?

  • Are you alone or don’t know what to do?

The Sozialroutenplan Tyrol shows you where to get help!

Background and goals:

Over 100,000 people in Tyrol are at risk of poverty or have other problems. There are many offers of help. But it is not always easy to find the right one.

The Sozialroutenplan Tyrol website gives important information about help in Tyrol. So you can quickly get the help you need:

  • Counseling centers in Tyrol

  • Support offers

  • Help for different problems

  • Clear and easy to understand information

It is important to us that everyone can use the website easily. And no one is left out.
