The certainty that you are not alone in such situations can be a great help. In Tyrol, there is therefore a comprehensive network of clinical psychologists and health psychologists who provide professional, confidential and free support to people with mental stress and mental illnesses in challenging life situations. As a contact point in all nine Tyrolean districts, the states advice and coordination centers offer those affected and their relatives professionally competent support for their individual problem situation. With the help of the unbureaucratic advice centers, those affected should receive support as quickly as possible in order to master psychosocial problems, cope with psychosomatic complaints, deal with chronic illnesses or overcome a crisis. Mental illnesses can affect any and all of us for different reasons. Our services are therefore available to those affected and those around them to ensure broad-based support on the path to mental health.
