VOPS – Pre-Module TrainingFit Getting to know each other phase 1. You simply come along and take a look at the project. 2. You can possibly take part straight away or agree on a start date. 3. You work on your own goals or work tasks or together with the others. 4. The travel costs to the project and back home will be reimbursed. Commitment phase If you like it and want to stay, we will agree on common goals and fixed working hours. From this point on, you will receive €3 pocket money per hour. Aims of the PRE-MODULE The primary aim of the pre-module is to then enter the regular TrainingFit project. But it can also be any other path towards training that is worked out together. The teenagers and young adults are insured against accidents during working hours through Integra ges. GmbH.
