Description

"Supported living" allows residents to live independently and barrier-free while managing their own household. At the same time, this type of living offers the security of receiving help as needed, such as technical services, professional social advice, and emergency assistance. Residents can choose the help they want based on their own preferences and needs. THE LIVING UNITS The two housing complexes in Tosters have around 50 apartments. There is also a communal room and parking spaces in the underground garage. Additionally, there are covered bike parking spots. The allocation of these non-profit apartments follows the housing funding guidelines of the state of Vorarlberg and the city of Feldkirch. It is important to note that any existing property must be given to one's own children or eligible persons within the first three years, and a tenant's assets must not exceed 80,000 euros. Tenants must sign a care contract with the senior care service in Feldkirch, which includes basic services. Additionally, tenants can choose optional services that they need to pay for themselves.
