Philosophy Meeting people is particularly important to us, the employees of the Jenbach Social Center. We respect the individual as an individual and are empathetic to their needs. Our attitude towards each other is based on appreciation, respect and tolerance. We place a high degree of emphasis on supporting people to maintain independence and self-determination. This is our guiding principle: As much independence as possible, with as much care as necessary. It is important to us to meet the person who moves into our home where they are and to accompany them wherever they are ready to go. It is important to us to have visits and cooperation from relatives, friends, acquaintances and volunteers in order to be able to make the everyday life of each individual lively and varied. It is a major concern of our highly trained staff to accompany people in their personality with dignity and respect until the end of their lives. This is made possible by close cooperation with the family doctors and other cooperation partners.
