The Höttinger Au community center is a place for meeting, exchanging ideas, and connecting for everyone in the neighborhood. Here, neighbors come together and contribute to making the area a better place to live with a variety of activities. Under the motto "shaping community together," everyone is invited to get involved and work together on ideas for a good coexistence. Everyone interested is welcome. Visit us and join in! Our offerings: A lively gathering place in the neighborhood: - Rooms available for groups, initiatives, and neighbors to organize their own activities - Events like storytelling cafés, open sewing groups, theater space, intercultural women’s breakfast, and much more - Weekly course program including open singing, dancing for middle-aged people, full-body gymnastics, and various playgroups - Book exchange shelf outside the community center A place for ideas and engagement: - Support for project ideas in the neighborhood - "I AM LOOKING FOR – I OFFER" neighborhood board outside the community center Information hub: - Current news from the neighborhood and everyday questions - Information about various (social) support services - Newsletter, social media, and notices posted on-site - Culture pass exhibition - Fixed consultation hours: Tuesdays 10 AM - 12 PM / Wednesdays 4 PM - 6 PM Community coordination and networking: - Passing citizen concerns to the city and vice versa - Support for neighborhood projects - Networking and support for local actors Information, meeting, and participation for seniors: - Contact office for living in old age at Dr. Stumpf Street 77 - Consultation hours: Tuesday 10 AM - 12 PM - Referral to mobile social work - Referral for ISD neighborhood assistance - Group activities, e.g., Tuesday talks, Tuesday cinema, Thursday program
