Caritas House Terra

Description

Sometimes it is no longer possible for children and young people to remain in their parental home. The Child and Youth Welfare Service of the State of Tyrol assigns those affected to our facility. At Haus Terra, the children and young people find a second home. During their stay, we support the residents with great care and attention along part of their life journey. If necessary, they remain until adulthood. Contact with their own family is maintained where possible: parents can visit the children at Haus Terra, or the children spend certain weekends at home with their parents. For young adults who leave the residential community, Caritas operates the Richterhaus Landeck. This keeps contact with them intact and allows for socio-educational support beyond the residential community.
