"Full Education - BEWO and BEWO Intensive"

Description

This concept is based on § 42 TKJHG and focuses on full education. It includes supported living for young people and intensive supported living for young people. In supported living, young people and young adults from the age of 15 live who can generally live independently, but their parents or other caregivers are not able to fulfill their educational responsibilities properly. In "intensive supported living," young people and young adults need more intensive and personalized care. Supported living generally includes social-pedagogical support at a living space provided by zesa, as well as individual support. A tailored care concept, integrated into existing infrastructures, allows for individual attention to the needs of young people and young adults. A multi-professional care team promotes and supports individuals, works with a focus on their living situation, ensures a structured daily routine, and helps with networking.

Who is the offer for?

Das Angebot richtet sich an Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene zwischen 15 und 18 Jahren (bei Bedarf Verlängerung bis zum 21. Lebensjahr). Angesprochen sind junge Menschen, - die ein herausforderndes, destruktives oder delinquentes Verhalten zeigen, - die bereits Ausschluss- oder Abbruchserfahrungen gemacht haben, - die Unterstützung auf dem Weg in ein selbstständiges Leben benötigen. Die Aufnahme erfolgt unabhängig von Geschlecht, Herkunft, sexueller Orientierung, Religion oder Bildungsstand. Voraussetzung ist ein Mindestmaß an Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit sowie eine Beauftragung durch die Kinder- und Jugendhilfe.

Die Aufnahme erfolgt ausschließlich über die zuständige Kinder- und Jugendhilfe. Anfragen von Systempartner:innen sowie Informationsgespräche mit Interessent:innen sind jederzeit möglich.
