Short consultations are possible at any time during consultation hours; more detailed consultations are by appointment. Please bring the necessary documents based on your situation. Offer: Advice and support for adults (18 years and older, not only for homeless people!) Support with finding an apartment, renting and maintaining an apartment, job searching, securing basic needs (information and clarification of financial claims), assistance with offices and authorities, setting up a mailing address and confirmation of main residence, use of infrastructure (phone, internet, fax, copier, newspapers) for job and apartment searches, obtaining documents, and if needed, referral to specialized facilities.
