Description

The Wolfurt Health and Nursing Association offers home nursing care for people in need of assistance. Caregivers come to your home to support you or your relatives. The services include: health advice, personal care, mobilization, wound care, medication monitoring, care for diabetics, physical therapy, rehabilitation, palliative care, and end-of-life support. The staff also assist family caregivers with advice and help.

Who is the offer for?

Home nursing care is based on solidarity: members pay a fee and secure the right to care at home. This makes affordable care possible in Wolfurt.
