Support for offenders, support for victims

Description

NEUSTART provides reintegration assistance for offenders and support for victims. Offenders are supported by social workers to reintegrate into society. Victims receive concrete assistance through court accompaniment or, in victim-offender mediation, through apology and compensation for damages. Our services include probation services, support for released prisoners, electronically monitored house arrest (ankle bracelet), the arrangement of community service (also as an alternative to substitute imprisonment), facilitation between offenders and victims (victim-offender mediation), and court accompaniment. We also offer anonymous online counseling (beratung@neustart.at)
