FLUCHTpunkt is a low-threshold counseling center for refugees / people with a refugee background. FLUCHTpunkt responds to people's urgent needs, regardless of their residence status. FLUCHTpunkt responds to people's urgent needs, regardless of their residence status. FLUCHTpunkt is a project of the arge-Schubhaft association, founded in 1997. Primary services (bullet points): Legal and social counseling in asylum, immigration and residence law proceedings The services are free of charge, accessible and anonymous. If required, with interpreters in the following 17 languages: Arabic, Dari, German, English, Farsi, French, Hindi, Italian, Kurmanji, Pashto, Russian, Somali, Sorani, Spanish, Turkish, Ukrainian and Urdu Overall services: Advice and support in the following areas: - Advice and support in the asylum procedure (AsylG) - Advice and support on basic provision (GVS) - Advice and support in residence law proceedings under the Settlement and Residence Act (NAG), e.g. family reunification or transitioning from subsidiary protection to EU long-term residence - Advice and support in immigration-related proceedings in cases of (imminent) deportation - Advice and support in administrative law proceedings - Referral to legal representatives or other counseling and support centers in the areas of work, housing, and minimum and subsistence support
