ARA-Tyrol (Anti-Racism Work Tyrol)

ARAtirol (Anti-Racism Work Tyrol) is a contact, service, and monitoring point for anti-racism and discrimination work in Tyrol. The main task of ARAtirol is to support people in Tyrol who are affected by racism in various forms. At the same time, ARAtirol serves as a service point for institutions working in the fields of migration, refuge, social affairs, and education within the topic of anti-racism and diversity: ARAtirol provides foundations for documenting and addressing racist, Islamophobic, and anti-Semitic experiences. We advise people and their relatives who are affected by discrimination and racism. We document racist and discriminatory incidents. We offer relevant training and workshops. We are committed to building a lasting network against racism in Tyrol. We advocate for a discrimination-free and successful coexistence of all people living in Austria and position ourselves as an open-minded and diversity-oriented counseling center.
