Description

The Training Obligation Act supports young people in achieving a qualification beyond compulsory school and helps to prevent early school or training dropouts. Better qualifications make it easier to enter the job market and significantly reduce the risk of unemployment. The training obligation can be fulfilled through various offers, such as an apprenticeship, partial qualification, preparatory measures, or further schooling. In addition to youth coaching and AMS Tirol offers, numerous projects and offerings can be found on our website. Furthermore, KOST Tirol coordinates the Vocational Assistance Network (abbreviated NEBA). The NEBA network includes various projects, such as youth coaching, the Training Fit program with its preliminary module, vocational training assistance, and work assistance. These services can support young people in successfully transitioning from training to professional life.
