"Specialist center for forced marriage and family violence"

Description

"Advice for girls and women who are threatened by forced marriage and violence from relatives. The counseling can be anonymous if desired, with a translator, and/or mobile (for example, at school). We advise those affected and also professionals who support them. We offer group activities and workshops for girls and young women. The counseling covers topics such as: • family control and pressure (for example, forbidden relationships, social isolation, phone control, etc.) • violence related to family (including threats, manipulation) • forced marriage On request, we offer awareness workshops for students, young people, and women's groups. The counseling service covers the areas of Tyrol, Salzburg, and Vorarlberg."
