"Voluntary support for orientation at the hospital area It is not always easy for patients and visitors to find their way around the hospital area. That’s why our volunteers help with orientation and accompany people to clinics and departments. They are located near the reception and can be recognized by their white vests with the appropriate label. Ambulance staff and porters can also request support by phone if needed. The volunteers are available on the following days: LKH Innsbruck: Monday to Friday, 8 to 11 AM LKH Hall: Monday to Friday, 8 to 11 AM Note: This service is for outpatient patients and visitors."
