We offer temporary support leading to integrated care for adults in psychological crises, people with mental illnesses, and their relatives and social networks. This is provided by a multiprofessional team through conversations to assess the situation and the need for help, appropriate onward referrals, and any interim bridging services until integration into the relevant specialist services. If needed, a team will attend on site.
