Advice & support (counseling for people in need of care and their relatives, assistance with applications (care allowance, subsidies, etc.), organization and coordination of support services, information about regional services and care options)

How can the offer be used?

Die Angebote des Sozialsprengels Virgental können unbürokratisch und unkompliziert in Anspruch genommen werden. Kontaktaufnahme: Betroffene oder Angehörige melden sich telefonisch oder persönlich im Büro des Sozialsprengels. Beratungsgespräch: In einem persönlichen Gespräch wird der individuelle Unterstützungsbedarf geklärt. Organisation der Hilfe: Der Sozialsprengel organisiert und koordiniert die passenden Leistungen (z.B. mobile Pflege, Essen auf Rädern, Tagespflege). Start der Betreuung: Die Unterstützung beginnt rasch und wird laufend an die Bedürfnisse angepasst. Die Inanspruchnahme ist für kurze Zeit oder langfristig möglich – je nach Lebenssituation und Bedarf.
