Description

Mobile Care Through collaboration with general practitioners, we provide proper care for our clients at home. This can shorten hospital stays and allow clients to be cared for in their familiar environment. We relieve family caregivers and offer various care services, such as: Personal hygiene, medication management, activating and preventive care measures Consultation and training for relatives, dressing changes, medical home nursing, which is a hospital-substituting service and must be prescribed by a general practitioner (e.g. infusions, wound care, stoma care...), and much more. Mobile support as assistance Our home and household help supports with everyday life tasks, such as household tasks, running errands outside the residence (shopping, post office, pharmacy, ...), accompanying to doctor appointments, walking assistance (if necessary), and more.
