The Ausserfern social and health district stands for the holistic, individual and appreciative care of people in need of care in their home environment. With mobile care, the SGS Ausserfern offers numerous services that significantly simplify the lives of clients and their relatives. A fulfilled and happy life with the greatest possible independence is the goal. The services offered by the SGS Ausserfern are divided into the following core areas: *Medical home nursing and home nursing enable clients to recover in their familiar home environment according to the principles of activating and reactivating care *Home help and housekeeping service: home help offers support in the everyday life of people in need of help. We take time for walks, games, conversations, errands. The housekeeping service includes help with household chores, washing, ironing, help with shopping and much more. *Rental of aids (nursing beds, wheelchairs, rollators, toilet chairs) *Day care offer for seniors (half-day or full-day offers). The clients are cared for individually and according to their needs (transport service is organized; including meals = breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack)
