Description

SeneCura Transitional Care – A Temporary Shelter The SeneCura Transitional Care is located directly on the grounds of the District Hospital Schwaz and has 24 care places. It is mainly aimed at older adults who temporarily require nursing care after surgery, illness, or an accident. The goal is to provide reactivating care that eases the transition from the hospital back to everyday life and promotes independence. The experienced team of nursing staff and physiotherapists supports clients on their journey back to a self-determined life. The duration of stay can be individually adapted to personal needs. Family caregivers are also relieved during this time – for instance, during a vacation or if they themselves are ill. The SeneCura Transitional Care ensures reliable support during this period. Since 2011, SeneCura Transitional Care has been an integral part of the nursing and care services in the Schwaz district.

Our target group is older adults who have already retired from working life.
