Description

Consultation and discussions about care and support services from a single source in the Innsbruck-Land East district. Anyone – e.g., caregivers or those affected, as well as people with questions about care and support, can contact us. You will receive information about care facilities in the district, care organization, and legal foundations regarding home care. We also assist with social-legal and financial matters such as: - Support with care allowance applications - Assistance in applying for a disabled pass, parking permit - Information about care leave, part-time care, family hospice leave, family hospice part-time - Support regarding supplementary and self-insurance in pension insurance and joint and self-insurance in health insurance for caregivers - Information about organizing 24-hour care and possible subsidies from the Ministry of Social Affairs - Grants: prescription fees, application for supplementary benefits Both office consultations and home visits are free of charge. Who can contact the coordination center? - Anyone directly or indirectly confronted with a care and support situation - Individuals who have care and support needs - Family caregivers - Care and support providers - Authorities, social institutions, doctors, municipalities, interested parties, and educational institutions
