"Consultation and discussions about care and support in Innsbruck. Anyone can contact us – for example, family caregivers or those affected, as well as people with questions about care and support. You will receive information about care facilities in the district, care organizations, and legal basics related to home care. We also assist with social, legal, and financial matters, such as: - Help with applying for care allowance - Help with applying for a disability pass or parking permit - Information about care leave, part-time caregiving, family hospice leave, and family hospice part-time - Support regarding insurance options for family caregivers in pension and health insurance - Information on organizing 24-hour care and possible subsidies from the Ministry of Social Affairs - Assistance with fees, applications for compensation supplements Both office consultations and home visits are free of charge.
