Description

Consultation and discussions regarding care and support services from a single source in Innsbruck. All individuals – for example, caregivers or those directly affected, as well as anyone with questions regarding care and support services – can reach out to us. You will receive information on care facilities in the district, care organization, and the legal foundations concerning home care. We also assist with social-legal and financial matters such as: - Support for care benefit applications - Assistance with applying for a disability pass and parking permit - Information regarding care leave, part-time care, family hospice leave, and family hospice part-time care - Support regarding further and self-insurance in pension insurance as well as co-insurance and self-insurance in health insurance for caregivers - Information about the organization of 24-hour care and possible subsidies from the Ministry of Social Affairs - Aid: prescription fees, application for compensatory allowance Both office consultations and home visits are free of charge. Who can contact the coordination office? - Anyone who is directly or indirectly confronted with a care and support situation - Individuals who have a need for care and support - Caregivers - Providers of care and support services - Authorities, social institutions, doctors, communities, interested parties, and educational institutions
