What we do - Support We support affected people in founding a self-help group and in their ongoing activities. We also offer various training courses for our group spokespeople. These help them in their work within their group. Groups can hold their meetings free of charge in our premises. - Information The Selbsthilfe Tirol East Tyrol branch association serves as a point of contact for those interested in self-help, affected individuals, and relatives. The office has developed into a hub for people seeking help, who are then referred to a self-help group or to another appropriate authority. This enables targeted assistance. - Public relations Through numerous talks, information evenings, events, and the associated good media coverage, public awareness of communal self-help is raised. - Advocacy As an advocacy organization, we highlight the concerns and needs of our self-help groups. We work with experts from the health and social sectors and represent these concerns on various committees.
