Description

Zeitpolster is a preventative and care network. Those who help others today save time credits that can later be redeemed for care. Our groups in the federal states are happy to carry out everyday support tasks such as: - Accompaniment, errands and driving services: Accompanying people to doctors appointments, to the cemetery or to church services, shopping together (or doing the shopping independently). - Administrative help: Support with general letters and correspondence, assistance with filling out forms, help with using the PC. - Support in the household: We support you if you can no longer manage everything yourself, e.g. after a hospital stay. We do not undertake regular cleaning services. - Help in the garden: Smaller gardening jobs, e.g. B. weeding, mowing the lawn, watering - Leisure activities: trips into nature, playing together, reading aloud or drinking coffee, attending cultural events, etc. - Manual help: shoveling snow, minor repairs in the house, changing light bulbs, etc. - Creating free time for caring relatives: covering for an afternoon, just listening and visiting regularly. - Childcare: putting the children to bed in the evening, supporting the parents if a child is ill, etc. - Pet sitting for emergencies: walking the dog, feeding and caring for it, visiting the vet
