"We support expectant parents and parents with children aged 0-3 years throughout Tyrol during a difficult time - free of charge and without bureaucracy. The network 'Healthy into Life' offers early help in the form of family support to expectant and new parents facing unexpected challenges. This family support assists with many questions, such as: - when there are unexpected changes and stress during pregnancy, - when there is little support from the partner or family, - when the child needs more attention than you can give, - when the child has developmental risks, illnesses, or special needs, - when money is tight, - when a family member is struggling with mental health issues, - when daily family life becomes increasingly difficult, - when there are uncertainties in dealing with the child or feelings of overwhelm, - when there is no time for relaxation. With a wide network of experts, personal counseling, referrals to services, and support with official matters, we stand by families. These services are complemented by group offerings, such as a support group for mothers with mental health challenges and for parents of stillborn children, as well as various parenting education programs."
