Offer

Description
• Free advisory offers (individual and family counseling) via phone, online, and in person. • Monthly online peer group meetings (the peer is a person with relevant training who also has experience as a relative of a young affected person with dementia). After a preliminary conversation, members of this group can join and share their own stories related to concerns, fears, grief, or dealing with affected individuals. Personal barriers become visible and can be better reflected upon with the help of the group. In this highly appreciative setting, solutions and hope are developed together. The feeling of not being alone becomes an important anchor in everyday life. The group meets once a year in person. • Workshops, training sessions such as EduKation dementia® by Prof. Dr. Sabine Engel for relatives of people with dementia.
