Family caregivers provide the largest share of care in our country. They take on the task of caring for people in need at home, often naturally with love, dedication and attention, yet they also reach their limits. The aim of the recuperation weeks is to provide temporary relief for relatives and thereby promote their physical and mental health. On the beautiful Mieminger Plateau in the Tyrolean Oberland you will find time for your own needs, away from everyday life. Treat yourself to a few days to unwind, meet people in similar life situations, and leave all obligations behind. A varied weekly program and meals are provided.
