EXERCISE FOR WELL-BEING: this program is particularly aimed at older people in order to stay physically and mentally fit. It is emphasized that many people forget to actively perceive their bodies in later years of life, although exercise serves both well-being and the prevention of premature signs of aging. WHY EXERCISE? - to strengthen health and resilience - to improve well-being - to maintain social contacts through community meetings - to meet new people. HOW IS THIS ACHIEVED? - through mobilization exercises to maintain mobility - through strengthening exercises to strengthen muscles - through endurance training to stimulate the circulatory system - through games and partner exercises to improve coordination and reaction ability - through exercises to prevent falls The program is offered in a pleasant atmosphere and helps to keep both body and mind fit, which at the same time strengthens self-confidence.
