Employment initiatives Our employment initiatives offer daily structures with various group activities. The goals are: * Practicing everyday skills * Learning to better cope with mental illness * Making contacts and participating * Organizing leisure time and promoting health The activities support inclusion and strengthen participation in social life. Work initiatives Our work initiatives help people with mental illnesses to use and train their skills. The working hours are adapted to individual needs. The goal is to prepare for a return to work. This provides structure in everyday life and supports recovery.

Comment on costs: The employment and work initiatives are financed by the state of Tyrol and applications are submitted in accordance with the Tyrolean Participation Act.
