Description
We offer support, counseling and accompaniment in highly conflictual situations as part of parental counseling pursuant to §95 and §107 of the Non-Contentious Proceedings Act. Our specialized service of accompanying parental meetings in cases of court-ordered supervised visitation supports parents facing differing parenting approaches, emotional strain, lack of cooperation, highly contentious separations, or re-entry after a breakdown in contact, and is intended to promote in the long term a stable and self-responsible management of visits as well as constructive cooperation between parents.
