Description
Social support is personal support provided by Red Cross volunteers for people who find themselves in challenging social situations or emergency situations. Social support is free of charge and lasts for a maximum period of 6 months. Social support workers help people to develop strategies for solving problems independently, provide information about offers of help and support them with a variety of tasks.
