What are Culture Buddies? Culture Buddies are volunteer helpers who accompany people who wish to attend art and culture events but cannot or do not want to go alone. A Culture Buddy serves as a companion in cultural life – they are there to help, explain, or simply provide company. How does it work? For Culture Pass holders: If you have a Culture Pass and want to go to the theater, museum, or concert but do not want to go alone, sign up! A Culture Buddy will accompany you. Together, you plan which event to attend and where to meet. For Volunteers: Anyone who enjoys attending cultural events and wants to accompany someone can become a Culture Buddy. Entry costs will be reimbursed, and you enjoy culture together with someone who appreciates company. Why does this exist? Many people cannot utilize cultural offers alone due to various reasons, such as language barriers, lack of information, or insecurity. Culture Buddies help break down these barriers. Interested?
