W.I.R. non-profit GmbH provides socially inclusive services for adults with disabilities. In the area of work and daily structure, we offer protected jobs and employment as well as daily structuring activities. In the housing sector, we assist in various living arrangements for more independent living. Additionally, we provide mobile support and assistance in home and social settings. Our services are aimed at individuals who need support in their daily lives, participation in social life, and vocational orientation. The goal is reliable, long-term support in the local environment. Our housing facilities are located in: Absam, Hall in Tirol, Mils, Tulfes, Fritzens, Schwaz, and Wiesing.

Who is the offer for?

The offer is aimed at adults with intellectual, physical, and multiple disabilities who need support in housing, work/employment, and daily structure. It addresses individuals who require supported living arrangements, daily structuring offers, or work-like employment due to their need for support.

How can the offer be used?

Access to the service is usually through a referral or cost coverage by the state of Tyrol (social department) or the responsible social welfare agency. Interested individuals, relatives, or professionals initially contact W.I.R. gGmbH to clarify the support needs and agree on a suitable offer in the areas of housing, work/employment, or daily structure. Admission and extent of services are based on individual clarification and coordination with the responsible funding bodies.

Special features and further information

W.I.R. gGmbH offers various living arrangements (fully supported living, partially supported living, residential groups) as well as daily structuring work and employment offers, which are tailored to individual support needs. Support is provided in small teams with fixed contact persons and includes assistance in the social environment if needed (e.g., leisure activities, doctor visits, administrative processes). Admission is also possible in a combination of living and working/daily structure.
