Do you know the feeling of wanting to achieve something, but no one really believes in you? People with disabilities experience this in many areas of life, especially when it comes to integrating into the real job market. Through the "Sprungbrett Glöcklturm" project in Lienz, we aim to create meaningful employment opportunities in the primary labor market with future perspectives. In guided small groups or supported individual work placements, people with disabilities are introduced to a work environment outside traditional workshops. Local companies can benefit from this by having a bit of courage to take new paths.
