The issuance is free of charge. → What requirements do I need to meet? You can get a parking permit according to § 29 b StVO if you have a disability pass that includes the note: 'Unreasonableness of using public transport due to permanent mobility restrictions because of a disability.' → What do I need to do? You must apply for a parking permit at the Ministry of Social Affairs. You can download the application form online: https://www.sozialministeriumservice.at/Menschen_mit_Behinderung/Behindertenpass_und_Parkausweis/Parkausweis/Parkausweis.de.html. Alternatively, you can get the application directly from the Ministry of Social Affairs in Tyrol. → What documents do I need to include with the application? You need to include current medical documents, such as reports or evaluations (not older than 2 years), a colored EU passport photo according to ICAO rules, a valid residence permit (if you are from a non-EU country), and a current care allowance notice (if you receive care allowance).
