The range of clients is as wide as life itself: people of all adult ages find support in the St. Josef network. A wide variety of offers in the areas of housing, work, therapy and life coaching are available to internal and external clients at various locations in several communities in the districts of Innsbruck-Land and Schwaz. All offers are based on the aim of carefully responding to the individual wishes of the individual in order to achieve the greatest possible personal quality of life together with the client. LIVING: The freedom to choose and decide on the place of residence and the type of housing is an essential principle of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. In order for someone to be able to make a free decision, a variety of housing options and information and advice tailored to the person with a disability are needed. The St. Josef network offers various housing options in several communities in the districts of Innsbruck-Land and Schwaz. In addition, other life coaching offers are available. LIVING IN THE WEIDACH RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITIES Since May 2023, a total of 12 clients have been living in a new building in Schwaz. In the two residential communities with the most modern standards, the clients live in groups of six in a shared apartment. Inclusion, social space orientation and independence are central in these two small residential units in the immediate vicinity of the town center. The clients get involved in everyday life through various tasks and appreciate the integration into the immediate neighborhood and the town.
