The range of clients is as wide as life itself: people of all adult ages find support in the St. Josef network. A wide variety of offers in the areas of housing, work, therapy and life coaching are available to internal and external clients at various locations in several communities in the districts of Innsbruck-Land and Schwaz. All offers are based on the aim of carefully responding to the individual wishes of the individual in order to achieve the greatest possible personal quality of life together with the client. WORK & DAILY STRUCTURES: Working gives every person a meaning in life. It provides space for personal development in a working community. The work provided helps to strengthen self-esteem. In addition, work enables community experiences in a larger context. Our daily structure offers can be found both at the location in Mils and at several other addresses. Highly qualified employees are on hand to support the clients. In addition, other offers for life coaching are available. WORKING IN THE DAY STRUCTURE IN VOLDERS: The Volders day structure has been in place since March 2020. The clients and employees pay great attention to inclusion in the town. With the help of a map of Volders, the clients get a local overview and learn how to find their way around. A central theme is good communication. Supported communication (called UK) helps the clients to understand all the information and to be able to get involved in their daily interactions and work. Aids such as pictograms, iPads and other things support the clients in creating a daily life that is as autonomous and self-determined as possible. Working in an association or other institution is a major goal.
