"Part of it - real inclusion in the job market"

Description

As part of the project "mittendrin," we help and support people with disabilities as they enter the regular job market. The goal is to find and secure a regular, paid, and long-term job for people with disabilities. This allows them to participate in the job market. We stay in close contact with companies and their employees to provide support from career orientation, skill training, job placements, to daily work routines. "mittendrin" is a mobile service and is funded by the state of Tyrol. The service can also be complemented by personal assistance at the workplace.
