"Job coaching"

Description

Job coaching offers targeted and direct support for people with disabilities at their job or training place. This service is available for people aged 15 to 65 years. Job coaching can be used during a work trial in a course, at the start of a new job, or when there are problems in an existing job. Our experienced job coaches can be requested by the company or by the people with disabilities themselves. They are ready to help during difficult times to find individual solutions. In this collaboration, the relevant environment is also involved to ensure a positive change at the workplace.
