Description
Job coaching provides targeted and direct support for individuals with disabilities at work or training places. The service is available to people aged 15 to 65 years old. Job coaching can be requested during a work trial as part of a course, at the beginning of a new job, or when issues arise in an existing employment relationship. Our experienced job coaches can be approached by the company or by individuals with disabilities themselves. They are ready to offer their expertise during difficult phases to develop individual solutions. The relevant environment is included in the collaboration to ensure positive changes at the workplace.
