"Job-Fit for people on the autism spectrum includes job preparation, training, and support for starting a job. This helps young people with autism to achieve qualifications and enter the workforce. The training and support are tailored to individual career goals and abilities, whether in trades, technical fields, creative areas, social work, or business. Additionally, companies in Tyrol are made aware, informed, and advised to create training and job opportunities for people on the autism spectrum. The project is aimed at young people aged 15 to 30 with a diagnosis from the autism spectrum."
