Description

The new legal regulation for the initiative "Employment Capable until 25" (AF25) aims to promote the employment and inclusion of young people with disabilities and limited work capabilities. It contributes to comprehensive participation in all areas of life and better financial security for this group. As of January 1, 2024, with the enactment of the corresponding legislative amendment, it will no longer be possible to mandate a compulsory determination of work incapacity for individuals under 25. The task of youth coaching in the context of AF25 is to advise young people and their environment regarding their potentials and possible perspectives.
