Description

Our home helpers support people in need of care of all ages—those who, due to age, health impairments, or difficult social circumstances, are unable to care for themselves—in household management and daily activities, fostering independence and self-help. As an important link between the client, their social environment, and all other involved caretakers, the home helper works in a team with home nursing and relatives from mobile care services. The domestic service does not replace a cleaning staff and performs tasks according to the guidelines of the state of Tyrol (preparing meals, tidying the living area, changing bed linens, washing laundry, ironing). In case of significant dirt, a thorough cleaning must be done first by a professional cleaning company or a cleaner. According to the guidelines of the state of Tyrol, domestic services are to be provided only in combination with other services from the care assistance catalog, unless there are specific care-related reasons.
