FreiRaum – inclusive education and leisure

Description

FreiRaum is an inclusive leisure and educational project for adults. People with disabilities have the right to lifelong learning, just like everyone else. This is stated in Article 24 of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. The UN Convention is the foundation of our work. We aim to promote self-determination, participation, and inclusion of people with disabilities. To achieve this, we also collaborate with others, such as the Adult Education Center of Tyrol. At FreiRaum, there are courses, discussion groups, and leisure activities. We offer sports, language courses, travel, and excursions, for example. The offerings at FreiRaum change every semester. FreiRaum provides education and leisure even for people with high support needs. Assistance personnel are present in the courses to support you. You can also participate if you do not have a disability. You are very welcome!
