Caritas Respite Service for Family Support

Description

The family support relief service visits the home when a family is facing acute emergencies or short-term childcare shortages. Our staff provide relief to the family and their children during challenging times in everyday life. The costs are covered by the City of Innsbruck, the municipalities and the families (co-payment). Through donations and sponsors, it is possible to adjust the family's co-payment to their household income and to provide emergency assistance. What we do: - Care for the children; - Guidance and support in the current life situation; - Temporary help with household management, depending on the situation; - Accompanying to appointments or providing relief so that appointments can be attended; - Providing relevant contacts and networking support.
