Vocational training assistance for young people

Description

When young people want to learn a vocational trade and need more time or more support for learning, it is possible to do an extended apprenticeship or a partial qualification. This means young people have more time for the training or they learn only the parts of a trade that match their abilities and can be mastered well. Throughout the entire training period, a support service is provided to assist both the apprentice and the companies: the vocational training assistance. It is free of charge and helps where support is needed. In regular meetings with the apprentices, the vocational school and the training company, questions, wishes and any problems are discussed and solutions sought.
